The Gentleman working nights white guy with shoulder length hair. Is one of the coolest. Excellent find when you found him. I ve been frequently staying at the Brooks city base Landing Hampton Inn in San Antonio Texas every since my job started with my new location for Amazon. I will miss our cigarette smoke and discuss moments during my stay. My Amazon DSX7 is relocating as of Sept 5. 2023 to the other side of town. 11620 Tech Comm Drive by O'Connor and Judson by Sept 6, 2023. I just wanted to give him and your staff there a final praise for always being Professional, Endearing and Hospitable. One of the best Continental breakfasts as well. Cheers ! Richie W.

It was late around midnight I had made reservations at another hotel when I got there they told me they could not let me rent a room because my ID I just expired and I was trying to reserve for that day but was actually the next day I called Hallmark and let them know my situation the guy was very friendly and said no problem I can move you back a day and the dates were workout for your stay I was very grateful that he did that and I was able to get my girl and I a full night sleep thanks Hallmark Eddie A.

Jesse @ the front desk was amazing! Super sweet and very kind. He went above and beyond to make sure me& my two little girls were safe& comfortable. He is amazing! He's a perfect example of what kindness is. He's awesome 😁.. Thank you Jesse

Location was good and I love that all were able to stay in only 1 room but everyone has some space. We got the one with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed

The room is very spacious and comfortable,plenty of wall plugs on basically each wall and lots of ceiling lights,mo#t rooms nowadays are dark and lil to almost no lighting.

It was quiet and staff was so understanding and helpful, which was appreciated while I recovered from my liver transplant!
